Featured Opportunity: Audio-Visual Manager
We are seeking a Technical Coach to lead our Audio-Visual ministry. This role is responsible for ensuring our worship is experienced fully by those participating in person and those joining us through our Digital Front Door.
Role Highlights:
- Compensation: $25 – $32 per hour.
- The Restoration Phase: Includes a 90-day on-boarding period (20–25 hours/week) to professionally reset systems and establish workflows. Focus Phase: The job will then settle into a 12-15 hour a week schedule. Sundays and holidays required.
- The Focus: Mentoring a dedicated volunteer team while maintaining technical excellence in sound and 4-camera live streaming.
Who You Are:
- A specialist in digital audio (signal flow, gain staging, live mixing).
- A leader with a “teacher’s heart” who loves helping volunteers succeed.
- A proactive problem-solver comfortable with live streaming, ProPresenter, Boxcast and PTZ systems.
