Womankind aids pregnant women and young mothers in greater Cleveland who have little or no insurance. They provide pregnancy testing, professional prenatal care, counseling, and baby essentials until age two, all at no cost to their clients.

Much needed items include:

• Baby clothing, especially the following sizes: 6 mo, 12 mo, 18 mo, 24 mo, and 2 T, especially. They are all out of summer clothing in these sizes. Gently used is OK.
• New or gently used baby toys and equipment.
• Baby wipes.
• Gift cards – Giant Eagle, Walmart, Visa, or Amazon

Your gift makes a difference, and shares love with mothers and children in need. Please bring donations to the bin on the first floor by Tuesdsay, September 8!

Join Eve Circle for a Night of Fellowship and Giving Back!

The Eve Circle invites our entire church community to a special evening of hands-on service, creative fellowship, and support for mothers and infants in need. Whether you are a long-time member or new to our community, we would love to see you there!

What We’ll Be Doing:

• Sorting Donations: We’ll spend a portion of the evening organizing items collected for our Womankind donation drive.
• Crafting & Fellowship: Afterwards, join us in making seasonal cards! You can take yours home to brighten the day of a child, grandchild, or a fellow church member who could use a little extra TLC.

How You Can Help (Womankind Donation Drive): United Women in Faith (UWF) is hosting a baby shower drive through September 8 for Womankind. If you can’t attend the meeting, please consider leaving your items in the 1st-floor donation bin or bringing them directly to the parlor on Tuesday evening.

2025 Donation Drive Recap

Our donations were delivered to Womankind on July 29, 2025 and will be put to use right away! Your gifts filled Lynn’s trunk and car – with things like diapers, formula, wipes, clothing and bibs handsewn by our Sew4Good group. Womankind asked us to share their extreme gratitude. Every gift will be given to a pregnant or parenting mother in need.
