Exploring Methodist Social Principles

Exploring Methodist Social Principles: A class for adults. Sundays, February 9 through March 2 at 9:30 in the Chapel. Ask about online options! Drop in anytime. Our social principles urge us to make a difference, live differently and build a different kind of world. Let’s explore them together.

The United Methodist Church believes God’s love for the world is an active and engaged love, a love seeking justice and liberty. We care enough about people’s lives to risk interpreting God’s love, to take a stand, to call each of us into a response, no matter how controversial or complex. We are challenged to engage in deliberative reflection and encourage intentional dialogue between faith and practice. Join Rev. Kathy Dickriede and friends to learn what our Social Principles say and discover ways we can each live into them.  Members of our congregation will share their stories and hearts each week!

The Chapel is a beautiful space located on the east end of the building – on the same floor as the Sanctuary. Walk past the restrooms and you’re almost there.
