Stitch’n’Time is for anyone who knits or crochets. If you are a beginner, an expert, or someone in between, come join this group of talented people who meet monthly to make prayer shawls, prayer blankets, hats, mittens and gloves for people in need. Stitch’n’Time typically meets the third Tuesday of the month at 10 am.

Prayer Shawls and Blankets

One ongoing project of the Stitch’n’Time group is to make prayer shawls and blankets. Combining prayer, caring and the love of knitting and crocheting, prayer shawls are a tangible way to share love with those who are hurting. As the shawls and blankets are created, the person making it says a prayer that the person receiving it will feel the comfort of God.
