United Methodist Committee on Relief and Midwest Missions Need our Help to Help Others

We are blessed to be in the position to send tangible resources to make an intangible difference, bringing hope in the aftermath of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, historic hurricanes of terrible proportions. 

Midwest Mission, our UMCOR distribution partner, received a request for Cleaning Kits, Hygiene Kits, tarps, and trash bags. We are focusing on just a few of those things. Let’s help bring hope within the crisis by meeting critical needs!

• Donate shampoo (12-19 oz bottles)

This is a community donation drive. Bring donated items to the Donation Station on the first floor by Friday, November 1. The Brecksville Kiwanis, students from the Middle and High School and other United Methodist Churches in our district are all activating collecting for this drive. We can do more together than we can alone!

Most importantly, please be praying for the millions of people affected by these storms. Whether they have lost their home, loved ones, or even just power, this is a massive crisis that will take a physical and emotional toll for weeks and months to come.
