Driven by God’s love and united in sisterhood, United Women in Faith work to improve the lives of women, children and youth. Every day, we show up. We take action. We get it done. And we invite you to join us.
The focus of Brecksville’s United Women in Faith (formerly UMW) is fostering spiritual growth, giving to mission, developing leaders, advocating for justice, and living out our faith. Members raise money each year for programs and projects related to women, children and youth in our neighborhoods and around the world.
In addition to our main group, United Women in Faith has two “circles” or small groups – one focused on service and the other focused on study.

Busy during the day? Come to Eve Circle! We meet on the second Tuesday of most months at 6:30 pm. Connect with other women of faith as we learn and grow together.

Abury Bremeth Circle
Join Asbury Bremeth Circle on the second Thursday of each month in the parlor. We gather at 9:30 am, and our study and conversation
begins at 10. Our meetings include an opening thought and prayer, approximately thirty minutes of good talk and fellowship, and a lesson that combines our real lives with God’s plans for us. Our wonderful Christian Education Director, Jenny Gee, is our facilitator, so look
forward to exciting lessons!
2024 – 2025 UWF Programs
Brecksville United Women in Faith meets the first Thursday of most months in the church parlor. Gathering for fellowship and refreshments begins at 9:30 am. Programs begin at 10 am. All of our events and groups are open to everyone! You do not need to be a member of Brecksville UMC.
