Greater Cleveland Congregations (GCC) is a nonpartisan, multi-racial, multi-faith group of people working together to build power for social justice. GCC unites people from across Cuyahoga County to tackle issues and take actions that strengthen our communities. Brecksville UMC is part of this network for good.

  • ENGAGE GCC – Thursday, April 23 from 7 to 8:30 pm It’s our turn to host the Engage GCC Assembly at Brecksville UMC. This monthly gathering of representatives from the forty Greater Cleveland Congregations member institutions (houses of worship and community groups) is an opportunity to share information about ongoing activities, learn about advocacy opportunities, and build relationships with one another. Come learn about the collective power of people of faith working together to make a positive difference in our community! Want to know more?   • Sunday, May 17 @ 3:30 pm – Help celebrate GCC’s 15 year anniversary and learn how the organization has made a difference in Cuyahoga County.  The event will be held at Olivet Institutional Baptist Church, 8712 Quincy Ave., Cleveland.
